    New Brunswick
New Brunswick boasts colourful cities, a rich history and stunning coastline. Discover high tides in Fundy National Park and visit Shediac, the ‘Lobster Capital of the World’. In the autumn, see an endless landscape of blazing fall foliage, through which runs the province’s network of rivers and scenic drives. Relax waterside in St Andrews and visit quaint Fredericton for cycle routes, breweries and outdoor activities. Don’t miss the unique Acadian coast with its deliciously distinctive cuisine, incredible art and bags of Acadian charm.
The island of Newfoundland forms the spectacular southern part of Canada’s most easterly province, Newfoundland and Labrador. Rich in history and culture with warm and hospitable locals, it’s a haven for intrepid travellers seeking undiscovered adventures. Stroll St John’s colourful streets or take a boat trip to glimpse an iceberg or a majestic whale. Take the Viking Trail to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites; the geological wonder of Gros Morne National Park and the fascinating Viking settlement of L’Anse aux Meadows.
    Nova Scotia
The coastline south of Halifax is dotted with lighthouses, secluded coves and pretty fishing villages. Visit delightful Peggy’s Cove and explore the colourful historic homes in Lunenburg, a World Heritage Site. Moving inland, discover the natural beauty of Kejimkujik National Park. On the west coast is the friendly seaside town of Digby, offering great views of the Bay of Fundy, the access point for Brier Island and exciting whale watching tours.
    Prince Edward Island
Home to soft sandy beaches and lush green rolling hills, Prince Edward Island is Canada’s smallest province, but is packed full of beautiful scenery and things to do. Cycle the length of the island on the Confederation Trail, sample succulent seafood or perhaps take to the water for a scenic cruise. The island’s capital Charlottetown mixes historic charm with a vibrant arts scene and a gorgeous waterfront location. Admire the city’s attractive architecture as you stroll along tree-lined streets of the harbour boardwalk.
An isolated, winding coastal road snaking through the warming colours on the hillside of the Canadian fall, Cape Breton Island, Atlantic Canada.
    Cape Breton Island
Connected to Nova Scotia’s mainland by the Canso Causeway, Cape Breton Island boasts the world-renowned Cabot Trail, a thriving Celtic culture and the vast Bras d’Or saltwater lake. The Cabot Trail winds around the island’s stunning coastline, with dazzling ocean vistas at every turn. Explore Cape Breton National Park for an array of hikes, visit the Fortress of Louisbourg for a slice of history and enjoy the region’s Celtic music and traditions.
A deserted beach at low tide near the famous flowerpot formations, Hopewell Rocks, Bay of Fundy.
    Bay of Fundy
Home to the highest tides in the world, the Bay of Fundy is a 170 mile long ocean bay stretching between the provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Every day, 160 billion tonnes of water flows in and out of the bay, creating tides that are more than 50ft high. The tidal effects canbe seen from Digby and St Andrews and a visit tofascinating Hopewell Rocks means you can walk on exposed ocean floor and kayak at high tide in the same day!
