Road trip in New Zealand

"We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by the very friendly Jo Hill, who couldn’t have been more helpful. We wanted to book flights, accommodation and a camper van for our forthcoming holiday in March to New Zealand. Jo guided us through all of the options available without putting any pressure on us. It was so helpful that she has been to NZ and was able to give us first hand knowledge from her experience. Excellent experience, cannot thank you enough!

"From the moment we arrived at the Chelmsford TF shop, we were welcomed by one of the staff. She advised that our Trail organiser/adviser would be with us ASAP. Nick duly asked us to join him at his desk, and began working on our behalf. We were hoping to go to Melbourne from London, then after a couple of nights in a hotel, pick up a hire motor home for 3 weeks. Then after arriving in Sydney from Melbourne, stay 2 nights in another hotel near the harbour, hoping for views of the opera house etc from our (to be) allotted room. Then after the 2 nights, easily stroll across the harbour to our awaiting cruise ship. We worked with Nick for approximately 2.5hrs. We found him to be friendly, excellent at listening to our various needs/wishes, totally customer focused, and very knowledgeable. A superb adviser to have on your side! Suffice it to say we are now looking forward to having a great holiday, including the cruise, which Nick arranged for us. All in the knowledge that all the things we require are completely, and comprehensively covered. Many thanks to Nick! We know where we shall go in the future with our holiday plans, no prizes for guessing! Chelmsford Trail Finders. "
