Croatia Holidays
europe
The historic beauty of Dubrovnik and Split's cobbled streets never fail to inspire. Climb towering city walls and dine in hidden alleyways of Diocletian’s Palace. With as much on offer in the surrounding waters as on land, Croatia’s island-speckled coastline boasts a wealth of wonderful sights. Relax at a beach club on glamourous Hvar, visit the lavender fields of Korcula or swim in salt water lakes of Croatia's Mljet National Park.
To the north envelope yourself in the vibrant culture of Croatia's capital Zagreb, visit the turquoise waters of Plitvice Lakes or head for the Italian influenced Istrian Peninsula, with vineyards and Venetian architecture adding to its natural beauty.
Trailfinders offers a range of Croatia holidays and our expert travel consultants are a mine of information about what to do here, often with first-hand travel experience. Whether you want to explore Split and the Dalmatian islands on a Croatia island hopping holiday, sightsee at your own pace on a fly drive holiday or perhaps just relax beside the pool in Dubrovnik – they are the perfect people to ask.

Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik’s beauty doesn’t end there; with the dramatic mountainous backdrop, visitors can enjoy a scenic gondola ride to take in stunning views of the picturesque city and its island-speckled coastline, or hike the scenic paths.

Split
Explore the old town within the walls of Diocletian’s Palace, particularly recognisable to Game of Thrones fans. Previously one of the most imposing Roman palaces in the world, its impressive remnants now form a stunning backdrop to a fantastic array of restaurants, bars and shops set among its narrow streets and enchanting courtyards.

Croatia Top Tips From Our Travel Experts
Marie Kiely
If you find youself in Zadar a must do is a day trip out to Plitvice Lakes. Breathtaking views of these terraced lakes and waterfalls will be had from the many walkways and boat cruises.
Kate Coleman
Korcula is probably one of the most beautiful towns I have ever seen. The old ramparts as you sail into the harbour are just stunning. Make sure you pre-book Massimo, a cocktail bar at the top of the tower overlooking the bay for some amazing sunset views!
Pete Waters
For great views of Dubrovnik, it's well worth taking a walk atop the city walls. Allow a couple of hours to casually stroll the perimeter of the city; it's spectacular.
