"Chloe was great in helping us plan our once in a lifetime holiday to South Africa, including safari & ending in Mauritius for my special birthday. We gave her the dates & talked through where we wanted to go & what we wanted to do. She gave us some recommendations & after discussing with other family members, Chloe came up with an itinerary. This was quite a challenge and time consuming (two families meeting in Africa from other sides of the world) coordinating flights, the number of rooms needed, etc. Needless to say the itinerary was changed more than once and Chloe was very understanding of this. We are very grateful for Chloe's support & following up with phone calls & emails to make sure we were happy with the arrangements. "From first stepping into Trailfinders Carlisle branch we were impressed with the friendly and professional creating . Dan put us quote together which we went with for our trip to Mauritius. This was followed up by several calls making sure we had received everything and reminding us to fill the all in one Mauritius visa in prior to departure. Hotel first rate. Sadly however we received an email from Emirates cancelling our flight home, this was quickly followed by an email from Ubaka at Trailfinders flight changes advising us of the cancellation and listed our options, he very quickly sorted out everything to my wife's relief. Well done Trailfinders."

Honeymoon Trip

"Booked my honeymoon with Trailfinders, and will be recommending them to any friends/family booking a similar holiday. Excellent service from start to finish

"Excellent service from start to finish. Consultant Dan was brilliant. Had a weather related issue that was handled so well, nothing to do with Trailfinders. Couldn't find a single issue to pick fault with. Safari experience unbelievable, accommodation and service excellent. Safari Plains. Mauritius was top notch too, again quality of accommodation and service excellent. All resort staff superb. And Trailfinders staff so helpful and friendly. I think I'll be using Trailfinders again in the not too distant future."
