A Flawless Malaysia Holiday – Exceptional Service from Adam!

"We have just returned from an absolute dream 10-day holiday to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Booking a 10-day long-haul trip can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Adam Sikorjak and the team at Trailfinders made it completely effortless. Adam was superb! From our very first enquiry to the final confirmation, Adam’s professionalism, deep knowledge, and attention to detail were second to none. He took care of every logistical detail seamlessly, making us feel incredibly secure and well looked after. A special shout-out must also go to Trailfinders' for their amazing 'View Trail' portal. The information that is provided on the portal, covers everything from flight details to local visa situations, which is an absolute one stop treasure trove of necessary information for impending travellers. Thanks to Adam's fantastic advice, our stay at Hotel Stripes (Autograph Collection) was the perfect base. Located in the historic Chow Kit district along the vibrant Jalan Kamunting area, the hotel sits right around the corner from 'The Row' - which was fantastic for exploring incredible independent cafes and local eateries. It was also brilliantly positioned for sightseeing; we loved how accessible the Petronas Twin Towers were from this area, making it easy to pop over and experience the heart of the city centre. Unwinding at the end of the day at the hotel's stunning rooftop infinity pool with a cocktail in hand, looking out at the city skyline and KL Tower, was simply unforgettable. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. We cannot recommend Trailfinders and Adam highly enough. An all-round brilliant experience that we will cherish for a long time—we will definitely be booking our next adventure through them! Thank you again Adam and Trailfinders, for helping to make our holidays to Malaysia a memorable one! "
