The Chilean side is also one of the few places in the world outside of Antarctica where king penguins can be seen in the wild.

Alternatively, for an incredible voyage through the Chilean fjords and past 15 glaciers of the Southern Ice Fields, board an expedition cruise from Puerto Natales (north of Punta Arenas) for a journey through Chile’s untouched and spectacular scenery, which is only accessible by water.
