Joe Seabrook (Norwich) did us a worldy!

"We have just got back from the most special safari trip (Pumba Nature Reserve, South Africa). Everything about it was INCREDIBLE. The itinerary proposed by Joe, after lots of listening and consideration, also included a multi stay in Mauritius too (at Westin Turtle Bay) . The whole holiday was perfect!! Thanks to Joe, we also included a buffer day - which was aimed to allow us to catch up on sleep after travelling so we were fresh for Day 1 of our Safari. However our Outbound flight was cancelled and the buffer day meant that we (literally just!) made our first game drive despite the 24 hour delay with the rescheduled flight. The flight cancellation also meant we had to use the 24 hour help service. James (at 1am on Tues 11th Aug) was brilliant! So helpful and reassuring. It was such a relief knowing we had the support of Trailfinders. We would 100% recommend Trailfinders!"

Our first time using Trailfinders

"Our first time using Trailfinders. We met Dan, the agent. He was very welcoming and pleasant. We had a basic idea of what we wanted on a first trip to South Africa. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable and we benefited from his expertise and personal experience of the areas we wanted to visit.
