Trailfinders trip to Vietnam

"Our family ( 5 adults, parents 17 y 19 y and 21 y) went to Vietnam with Trailfinders recently and to say our trip was a success is a major understatement it was a trip of a lifetime. It was made that way because of the attention to detail by Trailfinders the guides, the drivers, the 5* Hotels the transfers etc all were out of this world. "I have just finished booking a tailormade 3 week trip to Vietnam with Emma Poole and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. She worked diligently to get exactly what I wanted, really listened to what I did and didn't like and was very friendly. Emma was always very efficient and the minute she had a reply from Vietnam about any arrangement she contacted me immediately which as a woman is what we want! (no waiting around a few days to hear something). This also goes to show how the agents in Vietnam that TF use are also very 'on the ball'.I know this is not always the case in other countries and I have to be patient. I have booked with Trailfinders before on small trips, flight or accomodation only trips and large holidays like this one and cannot recommend them highly enough plus Emma is a credit to their team. 30th anniversary in vietnam
