"We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Abi Hughes at Trailfinders, who organised our multi-city family holiday. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organised. With several destinations, hotels, flights and transfers involved, there was a lot to coordinate, but Abi made the whole experience feel seamless. Everything went smoothly and we were able to simply relax and enjoy the trip. Abi did an amazing job with the hotels in particular. She found us some fantastic hotels in excellent locations, and they were really well suited to us as a family. You could tell a lot of thought had gone into planning the itinerary and choosing the right places for us. We genuinely loved the holiday and came back with some amazing memories. A huge thank you to Abi for putting together such a brilliant trip for us. Once in a lifetime trip

"Once in a lifetime trip, exceptional from start to finish. Honestly, we couldn't rate them higher. Right from the initial phone call, they were amazing. Everything was crystal clear, the info packs landed when they said they would, and it just felt like we had proper back-up whenever we needed a hand. We had a massive family adventure mapped out taking in Dubai, Japan, and Bali. What was meant to be a week in Dubai got completely upended because of the conflict kicking off in the Middle East while we were trying to sort things, which made for a few stressful moments. When our original route went out the window, Kiera pivoted instantly, got us sorted with Istanbul as a brilliant alternative, and made sure the whole itinerary still flowed seamlessly. Huuuge thanks to Kiera Ryan, who was nothing short of exceptional the whole way through. Nothing was ever too much hassle, and she was constantly on hand to answer questions and keep us grounded when things got hectic. Even when plans were shifting by the hour and getting messy, she just took it in her stride and kept it completely stress-free. The whole holiday was unbelievable, and a massive part of that peace of mind came down to knowing the logistics were locked down and we had someone in our corner if anything went sideways. From the first ring to getting back through the front door, the service was class. We’ll definitely be using them again and I’d recommend them to anyone planning a big trip without hesitation."

Professional and transparent

"I haven’t used Trailfinders for quite a few years but recently decided to call them to see if they could help with a trip I was trying to independently book, to Turkey. Hannah offered favourable flights and a cool hotel in Istanbul. So, initially with one trip arranged, I thought I would call again for another trip but just for ideas essentially, I ended up booking that one too. Ollie was a professional and listened to my ideas and to our needs. I do feel he found us the perfect experience for a really special family trip to Thailand, very grateful for that. So pleased to have used them again and appreciate the booking security that they offer. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommended. "

"I have just used Trailfinders to book a very special trip for my 80 year old mother to Norway. I dealt with Luke in the Tunbridge Wells branch, who was absolutely brilliant. He listened to what I was wanted to achieve with my travel plan, worked within my budget and was really invested in helping me book the trip I was looking for. He was super responsive, friendly, knowledgable and helpful- going above and beyond in ensuring my mum would have the assistance she needed along the way and to helping us book very special itinerary for our family trip. We had never used Trailfinders before

"We had never used Trailfinders before, but they came highly recommended to us, and I can honestly say that from the very first phone call they were nothing short of brilliant. I personally dealt with Alex when booking our family trip to Vietnam, and what really stood out was his knowledge and expertise. He knew the area incredibly well, listened to what we wanted from the holiday and helped us put together an itinerary that worked perfectly for us as a family of four. Throughout the booking process I also spoke to several of Alex’s colleagues when he wasn’t available, and every single person I dealt with was equally helpful. Calls were handled brilliantly, everyone seemed to know what they were talking about, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Partway through our booking we had to make some fairly major changes because of the situation in Dubai, which meant rearranging a lot of what we’d originally planned. Again, Trailfinders handled everything seamlessly and took so much of the stress out of it for us. We’ve now returned from Vietnam and can genuinely say it was probably the best family holiday we’ve ever had. Everything worked. Our adjoining rooms, the accommodation, private transfers, tours, English-speaking guides and all the little details along the way were fantastic. The organisation was exceptional and, importantly, we always felt that if anything did go wrong, Trailfinders were only a phone call away. From that very first conversation with Alex through to the end of our holiday, the whole experience has been outstanding. I really wanted to leave this review because great service deserves to be recognised. Trailfinders gave us not just a brilliant booking experience, but an absolutely unforgettable family holiday. We will 100% be booking with Trailfinders again. And if anyone is considering Vietnam – don’t give it a second thought.
