Day 1  Fly to Santiago, Chile

Day 2  Santiago
Arrive in Santiago. A dynamic city set to the backdrop of the Andes mountains.

Day 3  Cruise embarkation

Days 5-6  Puerto Montt & Puerto Chacabuco
Stop at these gateways to Patagonia, known for fragrant eucalyptus trees, icy lakes and snow-capped mountain peaks.

Days 7-8  Chilean Fjords, Bruggen Glacier& Sarmiento Channel scenic cruising
Relax and enjoy cruising through spectacular fjords, passing rugged mountains and the vast Bruggen Glacier.

Days 9-10  Strait of Magellan, Punta Arenas, Cockburn Channel & Beagle Channel
Cruise the Strait of Magellan before spending the day in Punta Arenas.  As you enter the Beagle Channel you’ll follow the route of the HMS Beagle, which carried a young Charles Darwin.

Day 11  Glacier Alley scenic cruising & Ushuaia, Argentina
Enjoy daytime cruising in Glacier Alley, with the chance to see penguin rookeries, humpback whales and seals.

Day 12  Cape Horn scenic cruising
Cape Horn is the southernmost tip in the South American continent and offers dramatic vistas that have remained unchanged for centuries.

Day 13  Falkland Islands
Weather depending, a visit to this British Overseas Territory gives you the opportunity to view colonies of penguins.

Day 16  Montevideo, Uruguay
Friendly Montevideo is a haven of open air cafés and European-style squares. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Colonia del Sacramento or sample fantastic wines in the surrounding vineyards.

Days 17-19  Buenos Aires, Argentina
After your final night on board, spend a further two days in Buenos Aires. Discover quaint cobbled alleyways, the beautiful architecture of San Telmo and the colourful La Boca neighbourhood. In the evening enjoy dinner and a tango show.

Days 20-21  Iguazú Falls
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Iguazú Falls and an afternoon at leisure.  The next day visit the Argentine side of the falls on a day tour.

Day 22  Iguazú Falls to Buenos Aires
Enjoy a half day tour of the Brazilian side of the falls before returning to Buenos Aires for your final night.

Days 23-24  Fly home

Days not listed are spent relaxing at sea.
