An open kitchen concept, Mosaic, will serve reimagined and elevated dishes, inspired by the regions Celebrity Xcel is sailing, enhancing guests’ appreciation of the incredible places they have visited.  

For something extra special, guests can delight in an industry-first Chef’s Table experience at Mosaic. Celebrity’s global culinary leadership team will each develop a dish inspired by their native cuisine, plated and presented in an elevated way. The Chef’s Table experience at Mosaic serves a diverse, multi-course tasting menu of childhood favourite dishes representing all continents, each perfectly paired with wines from Celebrity Cruises’ award-winning selection.  

Bora

We’re taking brunch through the roof at our new alfresco restaurant, Bora. With the best sea views from the top of the ship and an over-the-top Bloody Mary bar, this is more than a meal, it’s a celebration. After the sun sets, Bora brings the flavors of the Mediterranean to your table like never before. With the stars above, every table is the best in the house. Dinner is intimate and personalized with elevated cocktails and dishes prepared tableside. So, whether you’re in the mood for a deliciously lively brunch or an elegantly romantic dinner, Bora is a must-do for your date night that lasts all day long.

The magic of the Mediterranean awaits at Bora. By day, roaming musicians play energetic hits to keep the brunch vibes high, while at night, a backdrop of Greek ballads and Italian love songs will round out an unforgettable evening.

Iconic Suite

The Iconic Suite is our most luxurious and spacious suite in the fleet. Positioned high on top of the ship, above the bridge, the Iconic Suites offer sweeping, panoramic views from front to back. They’re also the largest suites in the fleet: Each Iconic Suite is an opulent 1,892 square feet. This doesn’t include the expansive outdoor space—where you’ll find a private hot tub, stylish furnishings, and a covered, double daybed—which adds more than 689 square feet to the grand total. Iconic Suites boast two bedrooms (each with a king-sized CashmereTM Collection bed) and two full bathrooms, featuring a full shower, whirlpool tub, and nothing but the best amenities. Enough space for six guests to comfortably unwind in, there’s even an in-suite butler pantry for those occasions when you feel like entertaining. For guests on the go, a new casual dining concept, Spice, will offer a daytime selection of rotating bites with special items inspired by the ports visited on the itinerary. A breathtaking café on the water’s edge, the inviting new seating area at Spice features floor-to-ceiling windows where guests can take in spectacular sea and port views.  

The Club

A progressive, multi-purpose space that changes character from morning to… well, early the next morning. During the day, think of The Club as a gathering space. Hone your creativity during Art Hour or game it up during the Rec Room series, with archery, and interactive game shows. In the evening, The Club transforms into a place where talk shows, game shows, live music, and DJs reign supreme. 254 West guests find themselves in the 80s at the closing night for the iconic “254 West” club. But the party isn’t over yet, as guests are invited to join in the high-energy celebration, where groovy vibes await. After closing time, guests are invited to stay for the 254 West After Party.

HOTEL brings a scandal, a spectacle, and a crime that needs solving – this comedic “whodunit” performance features cabaret flair, razor-sharp wit, and keeps audiences guessing from check-in to checkout. As with all experiences at The Bazaar, the offering at the Market will change throughout sailings to reflect each of the four festival themes.
