Gender Pay Gap 2025-26

In line with Irish gender pay gap reporting requirements, we are publishing our results for this year.

The reported figures highlight a higher number of men at Senior Manager and Director level, albeit that has narrowed in recent years and it is likely to continue to do so.
The figures reflect the structure of our workforce at the time of reporting and may be influenced by a range of factors across roles and levels within the organisation.

We will continue to observe developments in this area as reporting evolves and are committed to treating all people fairly in every recruitment decision giving the position to the best person without any discrimination, be that positive or otherwise.
