Set beside a beautiful lagoon within the wildlife-rich Kwara Private Concession, this stunning adults-only camp is a fantastic choice to experience the Okavango Delta with water-based activities available year round as well as superb game viewing. During your stay enjoy a wide range of activities including game drives, night drives, nature walks, mokoro, boating and fishing (seasonal Mar-Dec). For those interested in birding, Kwara also offers excursions to nearby Godikwe and Ghxobega Lagoons which are home to wonderful heronries teeming with herons, storks and other nesting birds (best visited Sep – Dec). Slightly raised on wooden decks, the main areas are open-sided with a bar and lounge area, small library and adjoining dining area. There is also a fire pit with lagoon views, perfect to sit by under the stars, and two pools at either end of the camp to relax in between game viewing activities. Positioned along sandy walkways, the 9 air-conditioned and fan-cooled Safari Tents are tastefully decorated in a classic safari feel style, featuring a spacious open-plan lounge area, private deck and a bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers as well as a bathtub. This property is unfenced so animals may be seen around the camp and you may be escorted to your tent at night.

Trailfinders Hotel Classification Guide
Modest accommodation with basic facilities, representing good value where price is the main priority.
Simple, comfortable accommodation and facilities offering good value for the destination.
Good standard of accommodation and/or facilities and overall a higher level of service may be expected.
High international standards of accommodation and facilities where luxury and quality of service are priorities.
Indicates that the property offers a higher than average level of accommodation and facilities when compared to other properties of the same classification.
Unique, often smaller and sometimes historic properties, which offer individual charm and are consequently very popular. They offer the standards of accommodation indicated by their classification but rooms may be smaller than average and not all facilities may be available.
Trailfinders classifications are for your guidance only and do not mirror any international "star rating" system. In each case, the full description of the property should be read and used in conjunction with the classification indicated. A 3★ city hotel, for example, may be more expensive than a 4★ if it is in a prime location. Classifications are unique to a destination and can reflect local or regional variations in quality and service, so a 5★ in a particular area may not be comparable with a 5★ elsewhere.
