The Hide

This friendly camp enjoys a prime location on its own private concession. Abundant wildlife flocks to the nearby waterhole which is spot-lit at night and guests can view game from one of the two submerged hides while enjoying a bottle of wine hand-picked from the camp’s wine cellar. Activities available include day and night game drives and guided bush walks. The hub of the camp is the double storey thatched ‘A frame’ which houses the communal dining room and a comfortable lounge, bar and deck, plus a viewing platform. There is also a small pool near the main lounge and dining room.

The ten thatched tents are fan-cooled with a thatched roof, an outdoor shower and a terrace with excellent views of the waterhole. There’s also the option of a sleep out in a treehouse under the African skies (must be pre-booked). This property is unfenced so animals may be seen around the camp and you will be escorted to your tent at night.
