Juniper Restaurant looks out over the stunning mountainous landscape and offers a fresh and locally sourced produce menu which is inspired by the historical trade routes that once connected the Middle East to the Mediterranean. The Rose Lounge serves light bites and drinks throughout the day and is the perfect place to cool off in the evenings as the sun sets over the mountains.
The 86 suites are beautifully appointed in a contemporary style yet retain rustic charm. Generously spaced around the cliff side, all offer plenty of privacy and uninterrupted views of the surrounding area.

Mountain View Suite: situated on the upper level of the main building and feature a balcony with dramatic views over the pool and gorge.
Jabal Horizon View Suite: boasts uninterrupted views of Jabal Akhdar’s majestic peaks.
Ridge View Suite: located on the first floor and with views of the gorge from a large balcony.
Jabal Ridge View Suite: offers breathtaking views of the mountains and gorge below.
Loft Suite: spread over two storeys and boast a large open plan living area making them a great option for families.
Jabal Terrace Suite: tranquil and set apart from the main building, with a spacious terrace offering incredible sunrise views.
Alila Terrace Suite: enjoys wonderful valley views with a spacious terrace.
Jabal Villa: expansive with two bedrooms, a large living room, dining room, kitchenette and a private terrace with a pool overlooking stunning mountain vistas.
