Awasi Atacama

This wonderful luxury property offers a high level of service and 12 charming rooms, just a short walk from the centre of San Pedro de Atacama. Designed in the style of a traditional village, adobe-walled thatched buildings are linked by stone paths and decorated with beautiful local textiles. Explore the desert landscapes with a choice of excursions, ranging from scenic sightseeing journeys and hikes, to biking and climbing volcanoes, all with your own private guide and driver. Back at the lodge, there is a lovely pool and are plenty of comfortable lounge areas in which to relax, with open fires for colder evenings. Dining is a treat with a personalised menu prepared with seasonal produce and Andean ingredients. Round Rooms are small but perfectly formed with a patio and shower only. Superior Round Suites are much larger with a terrace with sun loungers, plus a bathtub and outdoor shower.
