Designed by two renowned Chilean architects, this beautiful property is located on the outskirts of San Pedro de Atacama and enjoys stunning views of the Andean mountains and the Licancabur Volcano. It provides a luxurious base from which to discover the desert landscapes on excursions led by Tierra’s expert guides. Choose from scenic sightseeing journeys or more active adventures, from tours to the Tatio Geysers and altiplanic lagoons, to gentle horseback or bike rides, and challenging hikes and volcano climbs. The property offers plenty of spaces to relax, with an inviting outdoor pool, a gym and a fantastic spa complete with heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. The main lodge boasts a stylish bar, lounge and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a terrace where you can view the starry night sky from beside a fire pit. The 28 rooms have an elegant contemporary design complemented by local modern art and textiles, each with views of the Licancabur volcano. Poniente Rooms are in the second row with a terrace facing the desert, while Oriente Rooms have volcano views from the terrace; both have shower only. Suites are much larger with a wide terrace with daybed and plunge pool.
