Cultural Cairo & Hurghada Beach

Day 1  Cairo    
Welcome to Cairo, transfer to your hotel before setting off to explore the ancient heart of Egypt and a city of contrasts, where old meets new. Unearth ancient wonders and marvel at the mighty pyramids and the iconic Sphinx.    

Days 2-3  Cairo  
Discover the Great Pyramids of Giza before revelling in the treasure trove of artefacts at the Grand Egyptian Museum including the full collection of Tutankhamun’s tomb treasures. Soak up the vibrant and eclectic culture within this sprawling city by exploring the bustling spice bazaars and colonial architecture which create an interesting architectural juxtaposition alongside the modern skyscrapers and trendy eateries.      

Day 4  Cairo to Hurghada    
After a captivating stay in Egypt’s capital, transfer to the airport for a short flight to Hurghada for some time to unwind by the sea. Upon arrival, relish at the sight of the shimmering azure waters surrounded by a long stretch of private beach and feel yourself start to relax.    

Days 5-10  Hurghada    
With crystal clear turquoise waters and an abundance of marine life, Hurghada is renowned for its incredible diving and snorkelling. Stroll along the Hurghada Marina and admire the beautiful architecture of El Mina Masjid Mosque or decide to head out to Mahmya Island, renowned for its magnificent white sand beach which surrounds the vibrant coral reef – you may be lucky enough to spot some resident dolphins as well as a plethora of local marine life.    

Day 11  Hurghada    
Enjoy your final morning in Hurghada, basking in the sun before transferring to the airport to catch your flight.
