Days 1-2  Windhoek
Fly overnight to Windhoek and settle into your hotel.

Day 3  Windhoek
Enjoy a relaxed day to explore before meeting with your tour group and leader in the evening.

Day 4  Windhoek to Sesriem
Travel through the spectacular NamibNaukluft National Park to Sesriem. The desert scenery en route lends itself to wonderful photo opportunities.

Day 5  Sossusvlei
Spend a full day in the Namib Desert and visit the beautiful Sossuvlei salt pan and surrounding red dunes. In the afternoon, visit Sesriem Canyon and the Cheetah Conservation Centre.

Day 6  Sesriem to Swakopmund
A scenic drive to the coast brings you to Walvis Bay for a lunch stop and the chance to see flamingos. Continue to Swakopmund, home to a variety of adventure sports.

Day 7  Swakopmund
A free day to explore. Why not go deep-sea fishing, dolphin watching, sandboarding in the desert or simply relax in this small town, soaking up the atmosphere.

Day 8  Swakopmund to Damaraland
Travel inland to Damaraland and keep your eyes peeled for the famous desert elephants that roam this area.

Day 9  Damaraland
Walk through the Brandberg Valley to see the ‘White Lady’ rock painting created by the ancient San people over 2,000 years ago. After, you will be driven towards the Khorixas area, where you should pass various Himba and Herero women selling crafts from the roadside.

Day 10  Damaraland to Etosha NP
You will begin with a short drive to Etosha, a huge national park of mixed forest and grassland centred around a large salt pan. You should arrive in time for a late afternoon game drive before reaching the accommodation.

Days 11-12  Etosha NP
The next 2 days are spent searching for game in the vast wilderness of Etosha National Park – an unforgettable experience.

Day 13  Etosha NP to Waterberg Plateau
Leave Etosha behind and head to the Waterberg Plateau for inspiring vistas.

Day 14  Waterberg Plateau to Windhoek
Explore the Waterberg Plateau this morning before heading back to Windhoek.

Days 15-16  Fly home
