Days 3-4  Cape Town  
With two full days to explore, delight your tastebuds on a delicious afternoon Cape Town Food Tour. Savour local Rooibos tea, traditional biltong, fragrant Cape Malay dishes and much more. With a diverse range of world-class restaurants and cool alfresco bars, this cultural melting pot is the ideal destination to begin your gourmet adventure.      

Days 5-7  Cape Town to Gansbaai
Today, head south and continue beyond Hermanus to the spectacular coastal 5★ Grootbos Private Nature Reserve. Set within 8,600 acres of pristine wilderness, enjoy guided walks, a gentle horse ride through the fynbos shrubland, and seasonal land-based whale watching (Jul - Nov). Dining at the lodge is a real treat, with organic produce served packed full of texture, flavour and colour.        

Days 8-9  Gansbaai to Franschhoek  
Head inland today for a stay at the stunning 5★ Mont Rochelle Hotel & Mountain Vineyards. Savour a long, leisurely lunch paired with superb local wines at the gourmet Miko restaurant, enjoy a picnic in the lush Franschhoek Valley, and be sure to visit the wine cellar for a personalised tasting session of the property’s signature wines.  

Days 10-12  Franschhoek to the Cederberg Mountains      
Drive north to the foothills of the Cederberg Mountains for a revitalising stay at 5★ Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat. Learn about the area’s unique flora, fauna and San rock art on a guided nature drive, soak up the incredible natural scenery on a walk or hike, or perhaps try your hand at archery or canoeing. Day 13  Cederberg Mountains to Paternoster      
Your final stop is the quaint fishing village of Paternoster. With unspoilt beaches, rocky outcrops and indigenous fynbos, there is abundant nature to discover. In the evening, savour delicious seafood cuisine washed down with yet more smooth local wine ‐ the perfect end to this holiday.    

Days 14-15  Fly home      
Drive back to Cape Town in time for your flight.
