A Glimpse of Gorillas

Day 1  Entebbe      
Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.      

Day 2  Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable NP      
Take a scenic morning flight to the airstrip near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and transfer to your lodge where the rest of the day is at leisure to relax or explore the area.      

Day 3  Bwindi Impenetrable NP      
Transfer to the trailhead in the national park where you will join your group for a briefing before setting off on the trek. As the gorillas move constantly searching for food, the trek duration will vary, however the anticipation and the beauty of the forest make it all worthwhile. After the gorillas have been located you will spend an amazing hour in their company. If the gorillas are relatively close you will also have the chance to hike further to see more of the forest and its other inhabitants including smaller primate species and endemic birds. Return to your lodge late afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure.      

Day 4  Bwindi Impenetrable NP to Entebbe      
Fly back to Entebbe. Why not extend your Uganda adventure with a relaxing stay in Jinja or continue to neighbouring Kenya or Tanzania for further wildlife activities.
