Botswana Family Adventure & Victoria Falls

Day 1  Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe                      
Upon arrival transfer to the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. Set on a hillside overlooking a busy waterhole, this friendly thatched property has a great African ambience, with warthogs and monkeys around the grounds. Later head out on a cruise on board the Zambezi Royal boat to spot elephants, hippos and crocodiles on the Zambezi River.

Day 2  Victoria Falls      
Spend the morning at Victoria Falls to see this massive waterfall from a network of 15 viewpoints. From March to June they are at their fullest so expect to get wet (ponchos provided)! Return to your hotel where each day at 1pm you can watch as hundreds of vultures flock to be fed as part of a conservation project. The afternoon is free for you to relax or perhaps book one of the other activities on offer in this area. Later enjoy a fun evening of drumming and exotic foods at the nearby Boma restaurant.

Day 3  Victoria Falls to Chobe Riverfront, Botswana      
Transfer across the border to the Chobe Riverfront area – fantastic for elephants, lions and a whole lot more. This afternoon head out on a safari cruise to spot wildlife from the water.

Day 4  Chobe Riverfront, Chobe NP
Enjoy morning and afternoon activities in search of Chobe’s wildlife, returning in between for lunch and perhaps some time by the pool.

Day 5  Chobe Riverfront to Okavango Delta        
Take an exciting light aircraft flight to the Okavango Delta and see your first glimpse of this huge area from the air. Arrive at your remote tented camp for lunch and later enjoy an afternoon activity.

Day 6  Okavango Delta      
Discover the delta on morning and afternoon activities. Our featured camps on this tour offer both game drives and motorboat cruises year round.

Day 7  Okavango Delta to Maun      
Transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Maun to connect with your onward flight.
