Days 1-3  Sydney  
Arrive into Australia’s most iconic city and settle into your hotel. With so much to see and do, enjoy three days exploring at your own pace. Relax on the popular beaches of Bondi and Manly, embark on scenic harbour cruises, visit the famous harbour bridge and opera house and discover the charming, cobbled streets and art scene of the Rocks area. Teeming with lively restaurants and bars, savour some phenomenal cuisine or visit a delightful rooftop bar for dramatic views over the city.

Day 4  Sydney to Queenstown      
Hop on a short flight to New Zealand’s stunning adventure capital, Queenstown. Feel the excitement build as The Remarkables mountain range comes into view as your flight lands, welcoming you to the beautiful ‘Land of the Long White Cloud’. Settle into your hotel and head out to explore this enchanting resort town set against the tranquil Lake Wakatipu.

Days 5-6  Queenstown  
Enjoy a day at leisure to explore. Perhaps embark on a scenic hike, take in the panoramic views from the Skyline gondola or opt for one of Queenstown’s popular adrenalising activities such as the thrilling Shotover Jet. The next day, enjoy your included tour to the breathtaking Milford Sounds, an absolute bucket list experience, it won’t disappoint. With cascading waterfalls, soaring peaks and diverse wildlife, make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the seals resting on the rocks, or if you are lucky you may even be visited by a friendly pod of dolphins.

Day 7  Queenstown to Wânaka      
This morning, pick up your car and drive to the beautiful lakeside town of Wânaka. Settle into your hotel before heading out to explore this idyllic area.

Day 8  Wânaka          
In this tranquil setting enjoy access to the numerous hiking trails on your doorstep, partake in watersports on the lake, or perhaps opt for a relaxing wine tasting experience among the peaceful vineyards.

Day 9  Wânaka to Franz Josef      
Today, drive the scenic and winding journey through the Haast Pass to Franz Josef.

Day 10  Franz Josef          
Full of dramatic contrasts, Franz Josef is a sight to behold. Choose from scenic trails through lush rainforest, or perhaps opt to see the awe-inspiring glaciers up close with a helicopter landing.

Day 11  Franz Josef to Christchurch        
Today is the longest driving day, so prepare with snacks and enjoy the dramatic views along the way before arriving into Christchurch, the ‘Garden City’. Drop off your car and settle into your hotel before enjoying the delightful dining scene along the river.

Day 12  Christchurch          
Enjoy a day of exploring this city, offering an eclectic mix of architecture. Take a peaceful stroll through the botanical gardens and Hagley Park, ride the gondola for lovely panoramic views or discover its history in the museum and heritage sites.

Day 13  Christchurch to Tauranga        
Today, take a short flight to Tauranga, a harbour city in the stunning Bay of Plenty region. Settle into your hotel before heading out to explore the dynamic harbourfront area.

Day 14  Tauranga      
Enjoy a full day to explore this area of incredible natural beauty. Perhaps simply unwind on the beach or, for the adventure lovers, climb the rewarding trail up Mount Maunganui for unforgettable views. Why not soak up the adventure with a host of outdoor activities at Waimarino Adventure Park or witness the breathtaking Kaiate Falls.

Day 15  Tauranga to Rotorua      
This morning, pick up your car hire and drive to the geothermal wonderland of Rotorua, home to steaming hot springs and tremendous geysers.

Days 16-17  Rotorua          
Spend the next couple of days exploring at your own pace. Discover the dramatic geothermal landscapes of Te Puia Thermal Reserve, visit the beautiful Redwood Forest for walking and cycling trails and experience the rich Mâori culture. After days of adventure, the perfect way to unwind is in one of the natural geothermal hot springs or in an indulgent Polynesian Spa.

Day 18  Rotorua to Auckland      
Today, drive to Auckland, New Zealand’s buzzing harbour city. Drop off your car and settle into your hotel before heading out to discover Auckland’s thriving dining scene at Viaduct Harbour.

Day 19  Auckland      
Spend the day exploring, perhaps visiting Auckland’s numerous museums and galleries or even opt to hop on a ferry to visit the picturesque island of Waiheke. For dramatic views across the city head up the iconic Sky Tower.

Day 20  Auckland      
Enjoy a final morning in the city before making your way to the airport for your flight home.
