Days 1  Fly to Perth, Australia

Days 2-3  Perth  
Arrive in Perth and discover this laidback city at your own pace. Perhaps visit Kings Park to take in panoramic views of the city.

Days 4-7  Indian Pacific  
Climb aboard the Indian Pacific for the four night journey to Sydney. Travel through the picturesque Avon Valley before arriving in the gold rush town of Kalgoorlie. Continue on to Cook, a once thriving township, now ghost town, for post dinner drinks and star gazing. Journey to Adelaide for a signature dining experience in the Barossa Valley. On the last day the Indian Pacific will continue to Broken Hill and then the Blue Mountains for one last experience before arriving into Sydney mid-afternoon.

Days 8-10  Sydney  
Australia’s most iconic city, Sydney has a stunning location and attractions galore. Enjoy a guided tour of the architectural wonder, Sydney Opera House, an absolute must when visiting Sydney.

Days 11-12  Sydney to Christchurch, New Zealand  
Fly to Christchurch and enjoy a night here before the start of your tour. The following evening, meet your group for a welcome dinner.

Day 13  Christchurch to Omarama    
Visit Lake Tekapo and embark on an interactive journey into the world of Mâori astronomy.

Day 14  Omarama to Te Anau  
Travel onto the country music capital Gore before heading to the edge of the stunning Fiordland National Park.

Day 15  Milford Sound  
Venture out into the pristine fiord on a sightseeing cruise. Marvel at the awe-inspiring scenery of towering cliffs, tumbling waterfalls and abundant wildlife.

Days 16-17  Te Anau to Queenstown    
Journey to Queenstown via the historic gold rush village of Arrowtown. Wander the picturesque streets of the adventure capital of New Zealand before boarding a historic cruise on the TSS Earnslaw across Lake Wakatipu where you will stop for dinner. The next day is yours at leisure.

Day 18  Queenstown to Franz Josef  
Leave Queenstown behind for the town of Franz Josef, where this afternoon you may choose to fly over Franz Josef Glacier in a thrilling helicopter ride.

Day 19  Franz Josef to Christchurch  
Stop at the coastal town of Hokitika before boarding the TranzAlpine train for one of the world’s most scenic rail journeys. Finish in Christchurch for your farewell meal and last night.

Days 20-21  Fly home
