Canada Encompassed - Atlantic to Pacific

Days 1-2  Halifax    
Fly to Halifax and spend a couple of days exploring this charming harbourside city in Nova Scotia, best known for its maritime history and hilltop Citadel built in the 1850s.

Days 3-4  Halifax to Montréal  
Board VIA Rail’s The Ocean and travel overnight to Montréal, a city known for its fusion of French and British influences.

Day 5  Montréal      
Take an Old Montréal Walking Tour. Explore the winding streets, delightful boutiques and local delicacies, including the famous poutine.

Day 6  Montréal to Toronto      
Board a train to Toronto, Canada's largest city.

Days 7-8  Toronto  
Explore Toronto’s sights. The next day, head out of the city to the thundering waters of Niagara Falls. Admire different viewpoints of this mighty waterfall, then journey along the scenic Niagara Parkway.

Day 9  Toronto to Banff        
Fly from Toronto to Calgary, pick up a car and start a road trip through the Rockies, making your first stop in lovely Banff.

Days 10-11  Banff        
Take the Banff Gondola for wonderful vistas of Banff National Park and enjoy a serene lake cruise. Perhaps head to nearby Lake Louise, known for its emerald waters.

Day 12  Banff to Jasper      
Drive the iconic Icefields Parkway towards Jasper. Along the way stop at the Columbia Icefield to explore the natural wonder of the Athabasca Glacier.

Day 13  Jasper          
Admire the magnificent scenery of Jasper National Park as you search for native wildlife including bears, eagles and elk.

Days 14-15  Jasper to Sun Peaks          
Journey to the delightful town of Sun Peaks. The next day, hike to take in the panoramic views.

Day 16  Sun Peaks to Whistler        
Make the drive through marvellous mountain landscapes to arrive in charming Whistler.

Days 17-18  Whistler        
Depart on a tour into the surrounding woods in search of grizzly bears. Immerse yourself in the beautiful outdoors, exploring excellent walking trails and marvelling at the picturesque landscape.

Day 19  Whistler to Vancouver      
Leaving Whistler behind, drive along the spectacular Sea to Sky Highway to reach Vancouver where you’ll drop off your car.

Days 20-21  Vancouver        
Discover Vancouver on a city tour visiting Stanley Park, Granville Island’s market, and Capilano Suspension Bridge. The following day, take a scenic ferry ride to Victoria and explore the historic harbour and world-renowned Butchart Gardens before returning to Vancouver.

Days 22-23  Fly home
