Itinerary
Welcome to Calgary, where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. This evening, enjoy a Welcome Reception and get to know your fellow guests and Travelmarvel Tour Director.
Day 2 Calgary to Banff
This morning, depart for beautiful Banff National Park. Visit Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary along the way to Banff, a once-in-a-lifetime experience for you to interact with these majestic creatures. On arrival in Banff, enjoy a sightseeing tour to get to know the town’s stunning surroundings.
Day 3 Banff
The day is yours to spend at leisure. Perhaps choose one of the Enhance Your Journey select experiences available to you and explore the wonderful sights of this beautiful resort town.
Day 4 Banff to Lake Louise
Today, journey to take in the stunning azure waters of glacier-fed Moraine Lake (season permitting). Later, continue to the ‘Jewel of the Rockies’, the iconic Lake Louise. Spend the afternoon exploring this remarkable destination before settling into your hotel.
Day 5 Lake Louise to Jasper
Embark on a journey along the iconic Icefields Parkway this morning – arguably one of the most breathtaking drives on Earth. This 232 km highway winds through the majestic Canadian Rockies, offering awe-inspiring views at every turn. Stop at the Columbia Icefield for an exhilarating Ice Explorer ride onto the Athabasca Glacier. Continue along the Continental Divide to the picturesque alpine town of Jasper, nestled within the tranquil Jasper National Park.
Day 6 Jasper
Visit spectacular Mount Robson en route to Blue River, where you will enjoy an Insider Experience. Later, continue to the picturesque Mike Wiegele Heli Village.
Day 7 Jasper to Blue River
Journey through the rugged landscapes of the Cariboo region, on your way to Vancouver. Upon arrival in Vancouver, enjoy time at leisure to explore this beautiful cosmopolitan city.
Day 8 Blue River to Vancouver
Fall in love with Vancouver and enjoy a sightseeing tour which takes you through some of the city’s most vibrant areas and best-loved attractions, including the Waterfront and historic Gastown. Discover more with our Enhance Your Journey optional experiences.
Day 9 Vancouver
Take a scenic drive to Whistler along the legendary Sea to Sky Highway, enjoying incredible sights at every turn. After arriving in Whistler, you may like to enjoy one of our select Enhance Your Journey experiences available to you.
Day 10 Vancouver to Whistler
Board a ferry for a breathtaking journey across the Georgia Strait to Victoria, passing through the picturesque Gulf Islands. Along the way, admire the stunning coastal landscapes, where forested isles rise from the sparkling waters. As you approach Vancouver Island, soak in the charming seaside views before arriving in British Columbia's historic capital, Victoria.
Day 11 Whistler to Victoria
Enjoy a day at leisure in the vibrant city of Victoria, British Columbia’s elegant capital. Perhaps choose one of our Enhance Your Journey experiences available to you. A special Insider Experience awaits you in the evening.
Day 12 Victoria to Vancouver
After breakfast at your hotel, you are free to depart from Victoria at any time. Alternatively, you may transfer to Vancouver Airport for your onward flight.
Additional Options: Alternatively on day 7, board the famous Rocky Mountaineer train in Jasper. Sit back in your GoldLeaf carriage and watch the magnificent scenery pass by as you head to Vancouver and rejoin the tour on day 8.
