Days 1-2  Banff                  
On arrival, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel in Banff. Take the afternoon to relax in idyllic surroundings in the heart of Banff National Park. The next day discover Banff from above on a scenic gondola tour up the Sulphur Mountain Summit.                

Day 3  Banff                
The day is yours to explore at your own pace. Hike up Tunnel Mountains or walk along the Bow River to the Fenlands Trail. Stroll around the mountain surrounded townsite in downtown Banff and enjoy great shopping, charming restaurants and local cafes.

Day 4  Banff to Jasper                
Continue your journey on the Icefields Parkway. Stop among glittering landscape and explore the Athabasca Glacier in an Ice Explorer. Enjoy a hot lunch and soak up incredible views from the glass-floored Columbia Icefield Skywalk, perched on a cliff on the side of the Sunwapta Valley. Arrive at your hotel in Jasper.                

Day 5  Jasper                
Discover the hidden gems of Jasper National Park as you seek out the vibrant wildlife in their natural habitat. Keep your eyes peeled and camera ready for potential spotting of moose, mountain goats and other wild animals. Your expert guide will teach you about the geology, ecology and human history of the pristine area.                
           
Day 6  Jasper to Kamloops      
Board the iconic Rocky Mountaineer and journey through Pyramid Falls, scenic valleys, past the mighty Fraser River and through Hell’s Gate. Soak up the dramatic changes in scenery from lush green fields, winding river canyons, mountain peaks and rushing waterfalls. Arrive in Kamloops and check into your hotel for the evening.                

Day 7  Kamloops to Vancouver                
This morning your rail journey continues west towards the Pacific Ocean. You’ll arrive in the coastal city of Vancouver where you’ll check in to your hotel for the next 2 days.

Days 8-9  Vancouver  
With two days to explore the bustling west coast seaport, you’ll have plenty of time to soak up the diverse city filled with thriving art, theatre and music scenes. Explore the culinary paradise of Granville Market and taste the independent stallholder’s delicious produce. Enjoy immaculate views from a gondola in Grouse Mountain alpine playground or simply stroll around the many parks, markets, galleries and historic neighbourhoods.                

Day 10  Vancouver to Victoria      
Soar high and soak up spectacular city, mountain and island views on a scenic seaplane flight to downtown Victoria. Arrive at your hotel in Victoria’s Inner Harbour and spend your evening by the beautiful waterfront.

Day 11  Victoria              
Head out to sea on a luxury covered boat in one of the best locations on earth to view whales and other sea creatures such as porpoises and sea lions. Keep your eyes peeled and cameras ready as you cruise through the home to Killer and Humpback Whales.              
           
Day 12  Victoria to Vancouver      
Transfer from Victoria via Vancouver where you’ll depart to the airport for your onwards journey.
