Bruges Christmas Markets

Day 1  Arrival            
Arrive in Bruges and check in to your hotel, your base for the next few nights.            

Day 2  Bruges            
This morning, head to the historic heart of this beautiful city, Markt Square. With horse drawn carriages and the iconic Belfry of Bruges taking prime position feel transported back to the medieval ages. Marvel at the grandeur of the Church of our Lady and be sure to take your camera to get a shot of the impressive Christmas tree standing by its side. Later, explore the renowned Groeningemuseum, packed with various artistic masterpieces spend the afternoon admiring the astonishingly rich collection that lines the galleries walls.            

Day 3  Bruges            
Today, why not see this festive city from a different perspective and take a boat trip meandering through Bruges intricate canal network. Enjoy a traditional lunch which is sure to include fries, waffles and lots of Belgian chocolate before heading to Minnewaterpark for a winter stroll through this peaceful park. At Christmas the city has a truly magical feel with the charming Christmas markets the ideal spot to end your day with a delicious Belgian beer.            

Day 4  Departure            
On your last morning take a final stroll around the city’s mesmerising cobbled streets before transferring back to the airport for your flight home.
