History in Hamburg

Day 1 Hamburg          
Arrive in Hamburg and take a transfer to your hotel, your base from which to explore this fascinating city. Why not spend the afternoon marvelling at the array of unique architecture before stopping to relax at a waterfront restaurant or bar.      

Day 2 Hamburg            
This morning, head to Mahnmal St-Nikolai, once the world’s tallest building; to observe panoramic views of the city from the churches spectacular viewing platform. Meander through Hamburg’s streets and discover a treasure trove of art at Hamburger Kunsthalle, the city’s beautiful art museum. Later, visit the Elbphilharmonie concert hall to admire its captivating design and perhaps enjoy a performance.                

Day 3 Hamburg            
After all the excitement of yesterday’s sightseeing, enjoy a relaxing morning in one of Hamburg’s green parks. Later head to the famous Fischmarkt which has been running since 1703. Located in St Pauli the traditional market transforms at weekends and is the ideal spot to enjoy a drink with the locals long into the night.  

Day 4 Hamburg              
Cherish your final morning in Hamburg before taking a transfer back to the airport for your flight home.
