Days 1-2  Athens, Greece
Fly to Athens and transfer to your hotel. Home to the Acropolis, Athens is a city steeped in history. Named after Athena, Goddess of Wisdom, the city is credited with being the cradle of European civilisation. Waste no time and head out on foot to explore the spectacular antiquity of this great city. The rest of your time can be spent exploring at leisure, while evenings can be enjoyed in traditional restaurants serving delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

Day 3  Cruise embarkation
Transfer to the Port of Piraeus and board Azamara Onward^®, setting sail towards the Cyclades islands.

Day 4  Syros

Day 7  Rhodes, Greece
Said to have more sunny days than anywhere else in Europe, Rhodes’ diverse historical influences are evident in an old town that remains remarkably intact – particularly the medieval presence of the Knights of St John.

Day 8  Agios Nikolaos for Crete
Known for having ’three faces to the sea’, this port on Crete’s east coast combines the charm of a small fishing village with the glamour of a chic resort town. With a diverse range of dining, shopping, and nightlife options, find your own personal paradise in Agios Nikolaos.

Day 9  Santorini
A sparking jewel in the Aegean Sea, Santorini’s traditionally white buildings are nestled along striking cliffs, boasting spectacular views of the clear sapphire waters. The island is also home to some of the most unique beaches in Greece, from the dark volcanic sands of Perissa Black Sand Beach to the charm and buzz of Oia and Fira beaches.

Day 10  Disembark in Piraeus for Athens and fly home
