Tuscany Family Journey

Day 1  Pisa  
Fly to Pisa and transfer to your hotel. Spend the afternoon strolling through the historic streets and perhaps pay a visit to the world famous Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Day 2  Pisa to Florence  
Board your train from Pisa to Florence, arriving in the heart of the city. The dramatic Duomo defines the skyline and is worth visiting for its incredible views from the top.

Day 3  Florence  
Enjoy time exploring this Renaissance city, perhaps taking in the works of Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery or admiring Michelangelo’s David. After, roll up your sleeves in your included cookery class with a local chef. Learn top tips as you make pizza and gelato before eating your tasty creations.

Day 4  Florence to Rural Tuscany
Pick up your car and begin the journey south into the rolling hills of Tuscany for your villa stay.

Days 5-10  Rural Tuscany  
With the flexibility of a car you can decide how to spend your time in this picturesque region – if you can drag yourselves away from the pool! With natural beauty on your doorstep, why not take the opportunity to rent bikes and cycle the small roads linking the surrounding towns and hamlets. If you want to see more of the beautiful Italian coastline, drive down to Parco della Maremma, home to long stretches of sandy beach for the whole family to enjoy.

Day 11  Fly home  
Drive to Pisa airport and drop off your car in time for your flight home.
