Day 1  Fly to Venice and board SS La Venezia

Day 2  Venice
This morning admire Doge’s Palace, then wander through an authentic Venetian residential quarter and immerse yourself in local life. This evening, enjoy a oncein-a-lifetime experience at an after-hours lighting ceremony inside St Mark’s Basilica.

Day 3  Venice to Mazzorbo & Burano
Begin your morning in one of the Veneto region’s UNESCO World Heritage listed cities, Vicenza or Padua. Come the afternoon, reboard your ship, sailing towards Mazzorbo and Burano. This evening, stroll the town when most tourists have left for the day.

Day 4  Mazzorbo, Burano & Chioggia
Start your day with a visit to Torcello’s famous basilica with an art historian, then stroll through the agricultural island of Mazzorbo and the rainbow-hued island of Burano. Alternatively, why not witness the renowned glass-blowing artisans of Murano at work.

Day 5  Chioggia
Today, head to one of the most enticing islands on the Venice lagoon, Chioggia.  A small quintessential fishing port with well preserved tradition. Enjoy a stop at the local, thriving market.

Day 6  Chioggia to Venice
This morning, set sail on the waters of Italy’s largest nature reserve park, the UNESCO protected Po Delta. Later during lunch, sail back to Venice.

Day 7  Venice
As your water taxi glides past narrow side canals and the Canal Grande, you will arrive in style at the Rialto Bridge. The iconic stone arch bridge sits at the narrowest point of the Grand Canal and holds numerous shops and restaurants. Later, choose from a variety of optional excursions.

Day 8  Disembark and fly home
