Head to the town of Gampola and the picturesque mansion of Kirinda Walauwa. With 12 acres of plantations and fruit orchards, this family owned property dates back to the 19th Century. On arrival, you will head out by tuk-tuk to the local market to gather ingredients ready to turn into delicious dishes. Back at the house, your expert chef will guide you through a host of traditional cooking methods to create a sumptuous lunch of local specialties. After your meal, there will be time for a wander round the manicured gardens before returning to Kandy.
