Itinerary
Day 1 Fly to Rio de Janeiro
Days 2-4 Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Arrive in spectacular Rio de Janeiro and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the next few days immersing yourself in this vibrant city. Take a tour combining two of Rio’s most iconic sights. Journey to the top of Corcovado Mountain to see the impressive Christ the Redeemer before a cable car whisks you up Sugarloaf Mountain for incredible views across the bay. Spend the following day at leisure, perhaps strolling along the iconic Copacabana and Ipanema beachfronts.
Day 5 Rio de Janeiro to Paraty
Depart Rio this morning for the historic town of Paraty. En route, enjoy the scenic drive through Costa Verde, known as the Green Coast due to the area’s lush rainforests and numerous islands.
Days 6-7 Paraty
Enjoy your time at leisure soaking up the charms of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nestled between verdant rainforests and turquoise blue sea, wander the quaint cobblestoned streets lined with whitewashed buildings or opt to discover some of the idyllic nearby beaches by boat.
Day 8 Paraty to Iguassu Falls
Travel by road to São Paulo airport where you will catch a flight to Iguassu Falls. Transfer to your hotel, your base for exploring the thundering falls.
Day 9 Iguazú Falls, Argentina
Cross the border into Argentina for the day for some exceptional views from the Argentine side of falls. Explore the walkways for panoramic vistas from the base and upper falls. Get up close to the mighty Devil’s Throat cascade to witness the full power of this natural phenomenon.
Day 10 Iguassu Falls, Brazil to Buzios
This morning, tour the Brazilian side of the falls, before transferring to the airport and flying back to Rio. Upon arrival, transfer along the coast to beautiful Buzios.
Days 11-13 Buzios
Spend a few days relaxing in this coastal paradise. Uncover a fantastic variety of beaches, with tranquil coves and crystal clear waters perfect for swimming, snorkelling and watersports.
Days 14-15 Fly home
Transfer back to Rio for your flight home.
