Itinerary
Transfer to the port to board the ferry to Uruguay and disembark in Colonia del Sacramento. Once a Portuguese colonial settlement, this is one of Uruguay’s oldest towns. Take a guided walking touraround its quaint cobbled streets to learn of the history of its centuries-old buildings and landmarks.
Day 2 Colonia del Sacramento
Enjoy a day at leisure to soak up the relaxed atmosphere. Browse the cute shops, linger in an alfresco café and snap the perfect shot of the photogenic streets. Later perhaps head to the waterfront to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over the Rio de la Plata and then take your pick from the many charming restaurants.
Day 3 Colonia del Sacramento to Buenos Aires, Argentina
Take the ferry back to Buenos Aires for your onward arrangements.
