Itinerary
Depart from your hotel in Phnom Penh to the Cardamom Mountains in the Koh Kong Province, a vast blanket of verdant forest located in southwest Cambodia. Spanning more than 11 million acres, the Cardamom Mountains are one of the most important ecoregions in South East Asia. Densely covered with lush rainforest, this little explored conservation area is home to a rich variety of flora and fauna much of which is endangered. On arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy the afternoon at leisure.
Days 2-3 Cardamom Mountains
Embark on a variety of activities over the next couple of days as you explore this untouched wilderness. Venture along beautiful hiking trails, kayak upon peaceful rivers amongst pristine mangrove forests, and visit remote waterfalls.
Day 4 Cardamom Mountains to Phnom Penh
Transfer to Phnom Penh for your onward journey.
