Itinerary
Day 1 Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng
Depart by train and travel through beautiful countryside and mountainous landscapes on the spectacular journey to Vang Vieng.
Day 2 Vang Vieng
Enjoy a full day exploring this beautiful region. This morning climb Pha Ngeun Mountain for a panoramic view of the valley below. The next stop is stunning Tham Chang cave filled with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites. After the cave visit, cruise upstream on a local longtail boat on the Nam Song River back to Vang Vieng town. Relax and enjoy the towering limestone cliffs, verdant jungle and the occasional fishing boat passing by.
Day 3 Vang Vieng to Vientiane
After breakfast depart for Vientiane.
