72 Hours in Kuala Lumpur

Day 1  Kuala Lumpur    
Upon arrival into Kuala Lumpur, transfer to your hotel where your afternoon is at leisure. This evening, why not head to the Jalan Petaling in Chinatown to soak up the lively atmosphere and sample delicious street food.

Day 2  Kuala Lumpur    
Today, enjoy an introductory tour of this fascinating city. See the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, wander through historic Merdeka Square and ascend to the observation deck at the KL (Menara) Tower to enjoy panoramic views of the city. The afternoon is free to continue exploring at your own pace, perhaps head to Bukit Bintang to taste some local street food, shop for souvenirs at the central market or enjoy some culture at the National Museum. In the evening, a visit to the hilltop Thean Hou Temple is worth the journey as the sun sets and the lanterns turn on in a beautiful atmospheric glow.

Day 3  Kuala Lumpur    
This morning, set out on an interesting tour to the Batu Caves located just outside the city. Climb the 272 steps leading to the impressive series of cave temples and admire the Hindu shrines set beneath a spectacular vaulted ceiling. In the afternoon, perhaps enjoy a spot of shopping or opt to visit the KL Eco Park, a verdant oasis tucked amongst the urban sprawl, to experience picturesque walks within the canopy.

Day 4  Kuala Lumpur    
Enjoy a morning at leisure before transferring to the airport for your onward flight.
