A Taste of Vietnam

Days 1-2  Hanoi  
Fly overnight to Hanoi. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.              

Day 3  Hanoi              
Visit some of Hanoi’s most famous sights during the day and tantalise your taste buds by sampling local favourites on an evening street food walking tour through the fascinating Old Quarter.              

Day 4  Hanoi              
Enjoy a cooking class with a local chef passionate about Vietnamese cuisine. Visit a food market then learn to make some traditional dishes before a delicious lunch.    

Day 5  Hanoi to Halong Bay      
Drive to the coast to board 4★+ Paradise Elegance for your two day cruise along the breathtaking Halong Bay. Relax on deck or enjoy one of the excursions on offer.  

Day 6  Halong Bay to Hoi An              
Today travel back to Hanoi and fly to Danang. Upon arrival drive to Hoi An.  

Day 7  Hoi An    
Take a walking tour of Hoi An’s ancient town and sample some unique regional flavours. Try local specialities such as the delicate white rose dumplings and delicious Cao Lau noodles. End your tour at one of the best places in town for fresh bánh mi sandwiches.              

Day 8  Hoi An    
Visit a farming community in Tra Que village and join a local family for lunch. Learn the secrets behind one of Hoi An’s most traditional dishes, bánh xèo, as you help prepare these savoury pancakes with ingredients picked from the farm.  

Day 9  Hoi An to Hue    
Drive over the spectacular Hai Van Pass to the picturesque village of Lang Co. Stop for a unique fishing experience followed by a seafood lunch. Later, continue to Hue.        

Day 10  Hue            
Learn to prepare delicious plant-based cuisine with an outdoor cooking class at a traditional garden house. This afternoon explore the impressive Imperial Citadel.              

Day 11  Hue to Ho Chi Minh City
Fly to Ho Chi Minh City and delve into Saigon after dark as you explore the modern side of Vietnam’s culinary scene. Experience the city’s popular craft beer culture from the back of a Vespa.          

Day 12  Ho Chi Minh City    
Visit the fascinating Cu Chi Tunnels before embarking on an exciting city tour.  

Day 13  Mekong Delta              
Head to the winding waterways of the Mekong Delta where you can taste some of the freshest ingredients in the country.  

Days 14-15  Fly home
