Days 1-4  San Diego  
Welcome to San Diego! This oceanside city boasts miles of glorious beaches and has lots of interesting neighbourhoods to explore. Discover the historic Old Town, visit the museums and gardens of Balboa Park or sip margaritas in the lively Gaslamp Quarter. Enjoy the laidback vibes as you soak up the sun on Mission Beach or Coronado Island.            

Day 5  San Diego to Palm Springs    
An easy drive inland today brings you to the luxurious desert oasis of Palm Springs.          

Days 6-7  Palm Springs  
Famous as a retreat for Hollywood stars of the 1950s and 60s, this palm tree lined city still retains a splash of glamour along with superb golfing, relaxing spas and great nightlife. Perhaps take the Aerial Tramway up the San Jacinto Mountains or drive out to Joshua Tree National Park to discover this striking and rugged landscape.            

Day 8  Palm Springs to Los Angeles        
Head back to the coast and arrive in exciting Los Angeles.  

Days 9-11  Los Angeles        
See the stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame or head to Rodeo Drive for shopping in glamorous Beverly Hills. Soak up the views from the Griffith Observatory or stroll along the Santa Monica boardwalk. In the evening, head to West Hollywood for cocktails and comedy clubs.

Day 12  Los Angeles to Huntington Beach
A short drive south brings you to Surf City USA.      

Days 13-15  Huntington Beach        
Watch the surfers catch a wave or get involved with a surf lesson, then unwind on the miles of golden sands and toast s’mores as you watch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean. After a few days of chilling out, head back to LA for your flight home.
