California Cruising - Road Bear RV

Road Bear RV offer 30 years of experience, high specification vehicles, 7 rental locations from Orlando to Seattle and one of the newest fleets operating in the USA. Days 1-2  San Francisco  
Fly to San Francisco and discover ‘The City by the Bay’ on the fantastic hop-on hop-off bus. Then visit the haunting fortress of Alcatraz and explore the restaurants and attractions of Fisherman’s Wharf.
 
Day 3  San Francisco to Lake Tahoe    
Pick up your motorhome this afternoon and drive to beautiful Lake Tahoe. This evening, enjoy views over the lake as the sun sets while relaxing at your campsite.              

Days 4-5  Lake Tahoe to Yosemite NP
Spend a full day exploring the surrounds of the lake. Be sure to visit Emerald Bay and perhaps, hike one of the trails or relax on the beach. On day 5, head south to the granite peaks and wildflower meadows of Yosemite National Park.
       
Day 6  Yosemite NP        
The stunning natural beauty of this famous national park is truly awe-inspiring. Spend the day hiking one of the many trails, visit Glacier Point, admire Yosemite Falls and do some shopping in Yosemite Village, all whilst keeping your eyes peeled for native wildlife.        

Day 7  Yosemite NP to Sequoia NP          
Head to Sequoia National Park to visit the enormous General Sherman Sequoia tree standing 275ft tall with a base circumference of over 100ft!

Day 8  Sequoia NP to Santa Barbara            
Continue to the relaxed beachside town of Santa Barbara. With its perfect weather, beautiful architecture and excellent restaurants, this is an ideal place to unwind.      

Day 9  Santa Barbara            
Enjoy a full day to laze on the long sandy beach and soak up some rays in laidback Santa Barbara.  

Day 10  Santa Barbara to Paso Robles
Travel north to Paso Robles, home to wonderful wineries. Why not head to Paso’s historic downtown and visit one of the many wine tasting rooms.  

Day 11  Paso Robles to Santa Cruz              
Travel along Highway 1 to enjoy your afternoon in the surfer town of Santa Cruz. Perhaps take a leisurely walk along the waterfront to take in the stunning sunset. Marvel at the natural beauty of Big Sur all around you.

Day 12  Santa Cruz              
Relax on the sandy beaches, explore the lively boardwalk or head out on the water in search of migrating whales.  

Days 13-14  Fly home            
Return to cosmopolitan San Francisco and drop off your motorhome in time for your flight home.
