Day 1  Fly to Austin                    
Fly to Austin, the live music capital of the world. This friendly city is also home to renowned museums, contemporary architecture and a remarkable urban colony of bats! Pick up your car and make your way to your hotel.

Days 2-4  Austin  
Enjoy all that lively, liberal Austin has to offer. Venture down to the vibrant Sixth Street in the evenings, the epicentre of this music city with a whole personality of its own, bustling with trendy bars, restaurants and entertainment. Perhaps take a wander around tranquil sculpture gardens - or for those feeling more adventurous, Austin is a year-round haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering everything from scenic trails to crystal clear lakes. Whether you’re into hiking, biking or water sports, you’re sure to find it here.

Day 5  Austin to Fredericksburg            
Continue on to the elegant town of Fredericksburg in the heart of Texas’ Hill Country.

Days 6-7  Fredericksburg  
Known for its German heritage and diverse culinary scene, Fredericksburg also boasts the Enchanted Rock dark sky preserve which offers some of the best stargazing in the USA. Despite being small in size, it is home to a host of popular attractions and boasts over 50 wineries. Why not take a stroll past charming historic homes and storefronts, savour a glass of wine as you gaze out over seemingly endless rows of lush grapevines or visit the National Museum of the Pacific War.

Days 8-9  Fly home
Drop off your car at the airport in time for your flight home.
