About the villa

From its elevated position above Mahoe Bay, Loblolly enjoys sweeping views across the bay and neighbouring islands, with sunsets becoming a natural highlight of each day. The villa's hillside setting offers a greater sense of privacy than many beachfront properties, while still keeping the sand and calm waters of Mahoe Bay within a short walk.

The outdoor spaces take full advantage of the scenery. A deep, shaded terrace runs alongside the main living areas, providing a comfortable spot for leisurely breakfasts, long lunches and evening drinks overlooking the water. Below, a spacious stone terrace wraps around the swimming pool, where tropical gardens and sun loungers create a relaxed setting for days spent outdoors. Complete with a gas barbecue, sink and fridge, the outdoor kitchen is well placed for everything from casual lunches to evening meals by the pool.

At the heart of the villa, a striking main room with cathedral ceilings brings together the lounge, dining area and kitchen in one open-plan space. Large doors connect directly to the terrace, ensuring the sea views remain a constant backdrop throughout the day. Loblolly's six bedrooms are arranged across two levels, making the villa particularly well suited to larger families and groups of friends. Four king-size suites and two twin bedrooms provide flexibility for a variety of group configurations, with several bedrooms opening onto private balconies, terraces or outdoor showers. Lower-level bedrooms benefit from direct access to the pool terrace, while air conditioning and insect screens throughout help ensure a comfortable stay.

For those keen to explore, Mahoe Bay's white-sand beach is within walking distance, while Sugarcane Restaurant is less than two kilometres away. The shops, restaurants and yacht harbour of Spanish Town can also be reached in around ten minutes by car.
