Set within the exclusive Cap Estate on St Lucia’s northern tip, Champagne Du Cap is a beautifully renovated six-bedroom villa that combines contemporary comfort with a relaxed Caribbean setting. Newly refreshed in 2025, the property sleeps up to 12 guests and enjoys peaceful views across Cabot Golf, while the restaurants, bars and shops of Rodney Bay are just a 10-minute drive away.

Designed with groups in mind, the villa offers generous living spaces spread across several levels. The ground floor centres around an open-plan living and dining area, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen and seamless spaces for gathering and entertaining. On the lower ground floor, a self-contained apartment features a double bedroom, living area, kitchenette and shower room, providing added privacy for guests.

The first floor is home to the principal suite, complete with a super king-size bed, en suite bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower, and access to a private balcony. Three further double bedrooms are also located on this level, two of which open onto the balcony. A gym and dedicated yoga studio occupy the second floor, creating a peaceful space for wellness and relaxation.

Outside, guests can unwind by the pool or retreat to the charming pool cottage, which features a living area, California king bed and kitchenette. Whether enjoying a quiet morning overlooking the golf course or heading out to explore nearby beaches, Champagne Du Cap offers a wonderfully versatile base for a St Lucian escape.
