About the villa

With a perfect position perched in the hills allowing views in every direction of citrus and olive groves, sea and shore, Jasmine is a calm, contemporary and uncluttered villa, where spacious interiors are matched by a generous terrace for outdoor living. Only 1km from the sandy beach at Kalamaki Bay, just 2.8km from shops and tavernas in Perithia and less than 5km from Kassiopi harbour to hire a boat or enjoy watersports, Jasmine is perfectly placed for families and friends alike. This well-equipped villa has WiFi and air conditioning throughout, a cool white breakfast kitchen, and an airy open-plan sitting/dining room with large screen satellite TV and a full window wall opening out to the terrace. Thoughtfully designed for families or friends, its two first floor bedrooms can each be made-up for twin or double use, both complete with en suite shower room and access to a broad balcony; while the master suite occupies the whole top floor, with high raftered ceilings, a full bathroom, and glorious views along the coast from its large private terrace. Outside, an infinity pool is sunk into the sea view terrace, adjoined by a dining area and barbecue, and a shaded gazebo, stylishly furnished with cushioned rattan.
