Perched in a prime position with sweeping views across the Ionian Sea, Edinas House is a stylish retreat designed for those who appreciate refined simplicity. Blending contemporary elegance with traditional charm, this villa offers the perfect setting for relaxed coastal living, just moments from Corfu’s most celebrated beaches.

The heart of the villa is its light-filled open plan living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the glittering seascape beyond. A fully equipped modern kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and sitting spaces, creating a sociable hub for family gatherings or long, lingering dinners. Thoughtfully furnished with neutral tones, natural textures and splashes of Mediterranean colour, the interiors exude understated luxury.

Each bedroom has been designed as a private sanctuary, with crisp linens, calming décor, and some, with doors opening to a terrace or balcony. The villa offers three bedrooms, including a master suite with an en suite and uninterrupted sea views. Modern bathrooms, finished with high quality fittings and walk in showers, add to the sense of indulgence and comfort.

Outside, an expansive sun terrace wraps around a sparkling infinity pool, appearing to merge with the sea. Shaded dining and lounge areas provide a choice of spots to unwind, whether you prefer basking in the sun or retreating with a book in the cool shade. The landscaped gardens, filled with fragrant herbs and olive trees, set the scene for long, lazy afternoons and al fresco suppers under the stars.

Situated close to the charming harbour town of Kassiopi, the villa is ideally placed for exploring Corfu’s treasures.
