About the villa

Masseria Annabella is a beautifully restored Puglian retreat, set just 9km from the iconic white hilltop town of Ostuni, where contemporary design blends seamlessly with generous living spaces and family‑friendly comforts. Designed with larger and multi‑generational groups in mind, the villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across six attractive bedrooms, including three particularly spacious double rooms ideal for parents or grandparents seeking extra comfort. At the heart of the villa lies a large, fully equipped kitchen with a relaxed sitting area, perfect for sociable cooking and shared meals, while a separate sitting room offers a calm space to unwind. Younger guests are especially well catered for, with a dedicated children’s playroom, while a games area and fitness equipment ensure entertainment for all ages, whatever the season.

Outside, the villa truly comes into its own. An expansive shaded terrace overlooks a manicured lawn and the inviting, heatable swimming pool – the focal point for long, sun‑soaked days. The pool area is well-equipped with comfortable loungers and umbrellas to relax, while children can enjoy the playground under the pine trees with adjacent trampoline and table tennis. Recent additions will  include a multi‑use games court and a tranquil yoga shala, making Masseria Annabella equally appealing for active families and those seeking relaxation and wellbeing.

The location is both peaceful and highly convenient. Carovigno, with its authentic restaurants, cafés, gelaterias, shops and lively weekly market, is close by, offering a wonderful taste of local life. Ostuni’s historic old town, with its cobbled streets, family‑friendly piazzas and excellent dining options, is easily reached, while a selection of sandy beaches and gentle lidos along the Adriatic coast are just a 15‑minute drive away – ideal for children thanks to their shallow waters and facilities. Families will also appreciate the wide range of nearby activities, from cycling and walking trails through olive groves and countryside, to hands‑on experiences such as mozzarella‑making, farm visits and informal cookery classes at local masserie. Boat trips along the coast, nature reserves, and relaxed beach clubs with dedicated children’s areas provide further options for days out, ensuring there is always something to suit every age group.

With Brindisi airport only 30 minutes away and Bari just over an hour’s drive, Masseria Annabella is well connected, making arrival smooth and stress‑free.
