Set within a secluded olive grove near Nardò, Villa Porto Selvaggio is a remarkable restoration that bridges the gap between a historic Puglian masseria and modern architectural design. The heart of the home is a seven-meter-high glazed atrium, connecting two historic wings and flooding the expansive living spaces with natural light.

The interiors are defined by an understated, high-end aesthetic, blending 1960s Scandinavian vintage pieces with clean, contemporary lines. A vast, double-height living area features a monumental concrete fireplace and a dining space designed for sixteen, offering sweeping views across the landscape toward the Gulf of Taranto. The professional-grade kitchen, complete with stone islands, is perfectly equipped for large-scale entertaining.

Accommodation is spread across eight suites, all located on the ground floor for easy accessibility. Each serves as a private retreat, featuring en suite bathrooms in all rooms. On the first floor, the focus shifts to wellness and recreation, housing a gym, a hammam, and a spa treatment room, alongside a roof terrace that captures views as far as the mountains of Calabria on clear days.

The grounds are equally considered, where century-old pine trees offer natural shade for the various lounge areas. A 15m swimming pool is nestled among the olives, accompanied by a spacious solarium and a yoga terrace. While the estate feels entirely private, the beaches of Porto Selvaggio and the restaurants of Santa Caterina are just a short drive away, making this an exceptional base for large groups and multi-generational families.
