Set amid centuries‑old olive trees in the tranquil countryside near Noto, The Olive Court is a thoughtfully renovated villa that celebrates the natural beauty of south‑eastern Sicily. Surrounded by native Mediterranean planting and open rural landscapes, the villa enjoys uninterrupted views and a rare sense of privacy, creating a calm and restorative retreat where time seems to slow.
The design of The Olive Court reflects a careful balance between contemporary comfort and local character. Interiors are light, refined and welcoming, with clean lines and natural materials that echo the surrounding landscape. On the ground floor, the living room flows effortlessly into a well‑appointed kitchen and dining area, ideal for relaxed meals and easy entertaining.
