Set high above the dazzling Adriatic coastline, Villa Bougan is a sleek and contemporary haven that combines architectural elegance with panoramic sea views and seamless indoor-outdoor living. With sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea and stylish interiors across three beautifully appointed levels, this four-bedroom villa offers a serene setting for up to eight guests.
On the ground floor, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space flows seamlessly onto a spacious sea-facing terrace, perfect for relaxed mornings or elegant evening gatherings. Also on this level is a double bedroom and a separate utility room. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto a private balcony, while two further double bedrooms each include their own dressing rooms for added comfort and privacy.
